On 1 September, after the August holidays, the Web and Marketing Unit returned to the Support Service for publishers of the Universitat de València's corporate web portals. Users can once again use the platform on which they usually make their requests, through which more than two thousand annual requests for support for the editing of the web portals are resolved, both in relation to web editing and issues of corporate identity, agenda, translations into English of the corporate web, chat or registration and cancellation of web managers. 
It should be remembered that the Web and Marketing Unit, in addition to the automated application for sending requests, has other means of personalised and continuous attention for the daily monitoring of the editor's task from 09:00 to 11:00 and from 11:30 to 15:00, Monday to Friday.
