Duties
The duties of this unit are:
- To coordinate and ensure the effective functioning of the established communication mechanisms, which guarantee that the consultations, suggestions, communications, complaints and requests received are dealt with effectively.
- To attend to and respond to complaints that are redirected to it.
- To review the evaluations carried out to benefit from the exception of compliance with accessibility requirements in order to impose a disproportionate burden.
- To coordinate periodic accessibility reviews, with the collaboration, where appropriate, of the Information and Communications Technology Units.
- To coordinate and encourage promotional, awareness and training activities.
- To carry out the established annual reports.
- To act as a meeting point with the body responsible for monitoring and reporting and collaborate with the tasks assigned to it.
- Any others, which in guarantee of the accessibility of the websites and applications for mobile devices can be attributed to them.
