La Universitat lidera a Espanya el Rànquing de Xangai per matèries en Administració d’Empreses, Ciències Atmosfèriques i en Sociologia
El Global Ranking of Academic Subjects (GRAS), o Rànquing de Xangai per matèries, ha confirmat la Universitat de València (UV) entre les millors de tot l’Estat. De les 57 matèries analitzades en 2025, la institució acadèmica és primera d’Espanya en Administració i Direcció d’Empreses, en Ciències Atmosfèriques i en Sociologia, i segona en Ciència i Tecnologia dels Aliments, Teledetecció, Educació, Gestió, Salut Pública, Medicina Clínica i Química. A més, en deu dels camps es troba entre les cinc millors. Pel que fa a l’àmbit valencià, la Universitat de València n’és primera en vint-i-cinc. A nivell mundial, la UV està la número 43 en teledetecció (que la situa en el Top 50), i està entre les 100 millors del món en altres tres àmbits de coneixement: Administració d’Empreses, Ciència i Tecnologia dels Aliments i Gestió hotelera i turística.

Tres científics de la Universitat de València, entre els més citats del món segons el rànquing Highly Cited Researchers
Gustau Camps-Valls, Andrés Cervantes i Henk J.Bolink, investigadors de la Universitat de València (UV), figuren en el Highly Cited Researchers (HCR) 2025, un rànquing del proveïdor de dades bibliomètriques Clarivate Analytics, que engloba l’elit científica mundial quant al nombre de citacions dels seus treballs d’investigació.

La Universitat de València, primera d’Espanya en Ciències Socials i Humanitats, segons el Leiden Ranking de productivitat investigadora
La Universitat de València (UV) és la número 62 d’Europa, tercera d’Espanya i primera de la Comunitat Valenciana en la versió per al 2025 del CWTS Leiden Ranking en el recompte fraccionat, una classificació internacional que mesura l’impacte i la col·laboració científica, la publicació d’accés obert i la diversitat de gènere en investigació.

La Universitat de València lidera el Rànquing CYD d’universitats sostenibles d'Espanya
La Universitat de València (UV) lidera el rànquing que la Fundació CYD ha elaborat per a destacar les universitats espanyoles més excel·lents pel seu compromís social i mediambiental. Es tracta del primer Rànquing CYD Universitats Sostenibles. Aquesta classificació, basada en 16 indicadors quantitatius i en la qual s'han analitzat 82 centres d'educació superior espanyols, situa a la universitat valenciana en la primera posició, la qual cosa demostra el seu esforç i lideratge en sostenibilitat.

129 investigadors de la UV entre el 2% dels més citats a nivell mundial, segons el rànquing de la Universitat d’Stanford
Un total de 129 investigadors i investigadores de la Universitat de València es troben entre el 2% dels més citats durant l’any 2024 a nivell mundial, segons el rànquing de la Universitat d’Stanford. En aquest mateix rànquing destaquen 99 investigadores i investigadors de la Universitat de València que tenen major nombre de cites i índex d’impacte també a nivell mundial per tota la seua trajectòria investigadora.

Universitat de València is first place in Spain for Economics Business and Geoscience and second place in Physics acoording to Taiwan
Universitat de València (UV) has gone up the Taiwan ranking, an international classification for university performance based on scientific publications and quotes. UV is the fourth best in Spain and first un València. It has also gone up in Europe and internationally in comparison to 2024 (4 and 5 places up respectivelly, landing the 82-84 placein Europe and 223 globally). In subjects, UV is first in Spain for Economics and Business; top 3 in Geoscience, second place in Agriculture Science and Physics; third place in Ecology, Environmental Science and Engineering; and top 3-5 in Spatial Science. It also places third in Spain in the Agriculture and Natural Science field.

Universitat de València at the top of URAP in Spain with Economy, Business and Tourism
Universitat de València is leader in Spain for three subjects according to the University Ranking by Academic Performance (URAP), first position in 38 out 48 fields in the Valencian Community. It is among the 100 best in the world for Food Engineering (61st place), Business (68th place) and Library Science and Documentation (91st place), and among the best two hundred in 18 other subjects.

The Universitat de València, first in research and second in contribution to regional development according to the CyD ranking
The Universitat de València (UV) maintains their results in the CyD ranking, a State classification of universities that uses 38 indicators to measure the academic activity of each institution. In 20 of them, the performance of the Valencian centre is valued the highest, and in 14, one more than the last year, as halfway. Furthermore, in the classification by fields of knowledge, in Physics the academic institution is the second of Spain with more indicators of high performance. As for the Top 3 by dimensions, the Universitat de València highlights in research, where it is on first position of Spain, and in the contribution to regional development, where it is in second position.
