There are two special collections that should be noted among the library funds:

• The ancient collection, of early 19th century until mid-19th century, collects more than 2000 documents.
• Gonzalo Badenes Massó donation. It gathers a unique musical collection, of more than 3,500 records. Integrates monographs, sound recordings, cassetes, compact disc and video compact discs. The family of the renowned musical reviewer, after his death, donated his collection to the Library.
