The SBD began working in 2010 on the implementation of its quality management system. The Coordination of Quality in Library Management works on defining the process map, drafting the key processes of the service, and conducting annual satisfaction surveys for users (PDI and students) and opinion surveys for the staff of the service (PTGAS), helping to enhance its strengths and identify opportunities for improvement.
In addition, it is also responsible for the control and monitoring of the indicators that affect the entire service, making it possible to evaluate its overall performance and support decision-making aimed at continuous improvement.
The Coordination of Quality in Library Management reports to the Directorate of the SBD.
