XatUV

Documentation and Library Service expands its online reference service with the XatUV, which will be available to all our users from Monday, June 1 at 9 in the morning.

The XatUv combines artificial intelligence and online agents to offer a complete service that solves doubts that were previously solved at the traditional library desk. 24 agents from our service will answer queries from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday.

To access the XatUV, look for the floating blue icon on the University of Valencia web pages. You can make the query in Spanish or Valencian. The robot will reply with information and links on our website. If it is not enough, an online agent will answer your question.
