The Map Library is the library of the Universitat de València specialized in cartographic material. It depends organically of the "Joan Reglà" Humanities Library.

The location " Map Library " has been created in Alma, which allows searches to be made specifically to the collection of this library.

Previously, the collection was located next to the collection of the "Joan Reglà" Humanities Library.

The measure is accompanied by a change in the symbols. Until now, the Map Library's call numbers began with the letters HU CA. From now on they begin with CA.

The purpose of this modification is to provide a better service to the university community and the rest of the users with a more precise location of the collections.
