The library of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Food Sciences has in its collection the donation made by the Gastronomy Laboratory of the University of Valencia in homage to the professor of Inorganic Chemistry, Fernando Sapiña (1964-2018). These are mainly books on cooking and gastronomy for students to enjoy. We do not forget that gastronomes have the moral obligation to know how to prolong those moments of pleasure. So the rest of us can experience them.
