The group work booths, located on the 3rd floor of the library, are reserved through the Affluences app, free and available on PlayStore, or on the web. In this video we explain how to do it:

Cabin loan is for a maximum of 3 hours, and cabins cannot be reserved more than 7 calendar days in advance.

The minimum to occupy a cabin is 2 people.

ATTENTION: Validate the access to the booth with the QR code, available in the library, within 15 min. of the reserved time, after this time the reservation is automatically cancelled.

In addition, there is another area for group work in the library, Room 0.1 on the ground floor. This space cannot be reserved!
