The collections are organized across the various fields of knowledge that comprise the Humanities.

The primary collections in our library are categorized into:

Manuals: recommended bibliography for undergraduate and graduate students. They are located on the ground floor.
Monographs: Documents to deepen knowledge in a subject. They are distributed between floors 1 and 2.
Newspaper Library: press and specialized magazines located on the third Floor.
Reference: encyclopedias, dictionaries and yearbooks including the  Comic corner and Biographies section. Floor 1 (Room 1.0)

To locate items, search the catalog and note the call number. The catalog indicates the document's location. Items with call numbers starting with "HU D" followed by a floor number are stored in deposit. These must be requested from the staff on the corresponding floor.

Books with the call number prefix "HU LE/" are large format. They are located in the room corresponding to the number following "LE" (e.g., LE/904 is in room 2.4).
