The Humanities Library "Joan Reglà" offers the Servei de Suport a la Investigació or SAI (Research Support Service) dedicated to advising the professors and researchers.
Standardization of authoring and profile curation
Author profiles allow us to unify and standardize all the information about our academic and professional career in a univocal way, which implies a greater presence and visibility, while facilitating the evaluation of our research activity for the application for funding or in the evaluation processes in the different calls for proposals.
Accreditation and evaluation processes
From the library, we offer an advisory and training service for research personnel with a view to the different calls for evaluation, providing objective data on the quality index of scientific publications (metrics and citations).
Tools we offer
As part of its work, the Research Support Service of the UV libraries has designed its own tools for the evaluation of research activity:
|
|
|
WHERE TO PUBLISHJournal analysis tool with useful data to help researchers in the selection process of a journal (impact factor and updated JCR quartile, position of the journal in other categories, fees to be paid for open publication...). |
WHERE NOT TO PUBLISHInteractive tool for the analysis of editorial fraud. |
DIAMOND JOURNALSTool that provides access to a dataset of open access academic journals classified as Diamond journals. These journals are characterized by not charging fees to authors or readers, and by offering authors licenses to deposit their works in open access. |
UV Research Output Portal |
The Research Support Service collaborates in the maintenance and resolution of incidents in the UV Scientific Production Portal. This portal gives visibility and transparency to the research activity through the results and the analysis of its impact, facilitating the consultation by Departments, Faculties or Researchers.
To contact us, you can do so through the form The Library Responds or by phone at 9638 64842. To learn more about this service you can consult the Research Support web section. |
