General questions

• For convenience and space reasons, due to the characteristics of the room, the maximum number of students will be 15.
• The attendees, before accessing the room, will have to leave their forbidden belongings (coats, bags, cameras, food, drinks...) in the lockers at the reception desk. 
• During the class, the attendees will not cause any disturbance to other users of the room.
• The documents that have been used will not be available for the following 6 months in order to preserve them.

Processing of documents

• Due to the characteristics of the class, the number of documents may be restricted for simultaneous consultations..
• The documents will only be handled by the professors or the staff of the library, who will be in charge of laying them over the lectern, taking into account the recommended angle in each case. They will remain open only the necessary time to carry out the explanation.
• They will not be removed from the lectern and the students will move around to observe it.
• If you have to open a particular page, you will use a weighted cord to hold the pages and not your hand. If you want to point out something in the text, you will use pH. paper strips.
• The library will provide the necessary materials to develop the class: gloves, pH. paper strips, weighted cords, magnifying glass...
• If you have to take notes, you will do it in pencil.

NOTE: Regarding the objects that are permitted in the room and the corresponding regulations, because of the characteristics of the bibliographic material that the Historical Library has collected, you will always follow the instructions given by library personnel as well as the regulation of its use.
