It is important to consider several points that will allow us to select the publishing house where the book will be published:
- Identify whether the publisher is multidisciplinary or specialised and choose our preference.
- Electronic availability of the publication. Publications that are published electronically, or that have an online version, are more likely to be cited than those that only have a paper version.
- Consider the evaluation criteria of the main evaluation agencies and organisations (ANECA) for books and book chapters.
- The open deposit of books or book chapters in institutional, thematic or multidisciplinary repositories will be valued.
