Taking part in Shadowing allows you to connect with experienced professionals who will support and guide you in your professional development. You have two options:

OPTION 1
Choose a mentor from the programme

View the profiles available by faculty or centre and select up to 3 professionals in order of preference on the registration form.

UVocupació will make the assignment taking into account your preferences and the availability of mentors.

Broaden your horizons. Explore profiles from other fields too: an interdisciplinary perspective can help you discover new opportunities.
OPTION 2
Suggest a professional you are interested in

If none of the available profiles matches your goals, you can suggest a professional to be your mentor through the registration form.

UVocupació will consider your proposal. Participation will be subject to the proposed person meeting the programme requirements and being available.

Share your experience. Inspire talent.

Taking part in the Shadowing Programme allows you to share your professional experience and support students in their professional development and future careers.

As a mentor, you will be able to:

If you would like to take part in the programme as a mentor, follow these two steps:
