The library has 28 lockers at the building exit. To borrow a locker, users must go to the information desk and request the corresponding key. The key is identified with the locker's number and can only be used in the assigned locker.
Who can use it?
Users with a UV card, except those whose access is blocked (registration expired, books overdue, etc.).
How long?
The loan period is daily, and books must be returned the same day.
Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:15 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Loans are not available outside of regular hours.
User Responsibilities and Penalties
- The user is responsible for the proper use of the locker during the loan period. Damage due to misuse will result in the user being responsible for the repair costs.
- If the user loses the key and cannot open the locker, they must inform the library staff at the information desk. If the issue cannot be resolved, the user will be responsible for the damages caused and will be prohibited from borrowing lockers until the locker is repaired.
- Food is prohibited in the lockers. Hazardous or disturbing substances are also prohibited. Any electrical device deposited must be switched off or on silent.
- The library reserves the right to open and empty a locker at the end of the loan period or if circumstances warrant such a check.
The library is not responsible for damage, loss, theft, etc., of materials deposited in the lockers.
