    I Contest of micro-stories

    The I Contest of micro-stories is announced by the Vice-Rector for Research of the University of Valencia, on the occasion of the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Biblioteca d'Humanitats Joan Reglà. Prizes will be awarded to the three best micro-stories that are presented with the aim of promoting and rewarding creativity and literary creation activities in the university environment and in society in general. The prizes are:
    1 prize: a 200 euro voucher to exchange at the UV Store.
    2 prize: a 150 euro voucher to be exchanged at the UV Shop.
    3rd prize: a 100 euro voucher to be exchanged at the UV Shop.

    The micro-stories are sent from today, January 24, until February 28, 2023, in PDF format, to the following form:

    According to the rules, the texts can be written in Valencian or Spanish. The theme is free, but must include the phrase: "A las 12 en la biblioteca", if the micro-story is written in Spanish or "A les 12 a la biblioteca" if the language is in Valencian, and its length will not exceed 200 words without including the title. The detailed rules can be consulted on the bulletin board of the Universitat de València, dated January 23rd and corrected on the 27th.
