As with the group work rooms, you must book the booth in advance using the Affluences app.

Bookings can be made up to 7 calendar days in advance.

Maximum number of people inside: 2.

Booth hours:

• Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
• Saturdays with loans from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Recipients: Students, administrative and service staff, and teaching and research staff at the University of Valencia.

Loan period: maximum 2 hours. Failure to use the booth during the loan period will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Advance booking: 7 calendar days.

Simultaneous reservations per user: 1

Time to confirm the reservation: You have a 15-minute grace period before the reservation is cancelled.

Rules of use

• Before entering the booth, you must check in at the circulation desk and the staff will open the door for you.
• Once you leave the booth, you must notify the circulation desk and the library staff will check that everything is in good condition. 
• Maximum number of people inside: 2.
• Smoking, eating and drinking (except water) are not permitted. The use of mobile phones and music players is also not permitted.
• The booth is for academic WORK (not study) only.
• The person who reserves the booth is responsible for its proper use. The library reserves the right to temporarily deny use of the booth to anyone who violates the rules.
