The Libraries and Documentation Service prepared the 1st version of the Service Charter in 2010 and in 2015 and 2019, the 2nd and 3rd versions were approved by the UV Board of Directors. At the end of its validity in 2023, the Monitoring Committee of the Service Charter has reviewed the services, commitments and indicators with the aim of offering a new version that fits the current situation of the SBD.

With this 4th edition, the SBD informs users about the main services offered and the commitments made, taking into account their expectations. The Charter is, therefore, an internal instrument for improving the quality of the service, which reinforces the orientation towards users and citizens in general.

After a period of internal training, a dissemination campaign will be carried out on social networks and on library screens to inform our users of our services and commitments.
