The VPN is a virtual private network that allows you to access the library's resources - electronic books, journals and databases - and operate from home as if you were on the University's own computer network. Until now, connections were made with the OpenVPN application.

From now on, new connections will be made with EduVPN. The advantages of this system are that the product is endorsed by the Geant research network, its higher performance and an authentication model based on the double factor, which is more convenient for the user as it is only necessary every 7 days.

The videos consist of two chapters: the configuration of the two-factor authentication, necessary for the installation, and the installation itself.
