How to ask for support of the Web and Marketing Unit

The Web and Marketing Unit of the Universitat de València has among its objectives to provide assistance to the content managers of the different websites. In order to answer the petitions, a ticketing system has been created to register all the petitions. This new entry of the blog explains how to use this application.

The research projects of the Universitat de València (UV) now have the option of being published as their own website in the corporate network of the UV just by clicking a 'check' when creating a new element 'Research project' in the web manager. With this tool, each project can be presented in a separate portal with a web structure and a nomenclature that can be customised according to the needs of each project.

The Sports Service of the Universitat de València (UVsports) offers to the university community and the general public a wide range of sporting activities, with a variety of modalities, schedules and facilities. This makes up a dense programme that has to be transferred to the service's web portal in such a way that it is easy for users to identify the sporting discipline they wish to practise and the availability of times and facilities.
