Currently, the configuration of profiles of X social network is quite similar to the configuration of accounts such as Facebook. With the same objective as Facebook, the following elements must be collocated on the X profile editor to identify homogeneously the organs, services or units of the Universitat de València.
- Avatar. Institutional logo representative of the organ, service or unit that will use, not only in its corporate website, but in all accounts in social networks in which it has presence. The UWM will proportionate the institutional logos with the most appropriate format for each social network, not allowing logos which does not count with the authorisation of that service (http://links.uv.es/aIf9rFm).
- Short name: Design according to criterion discussed in Chapter I.
- Long name:
- Brief description of the organ, service or unit.
- Header image: Since this element symbolizes the institution, it is advisable, to use or a photo with good quality (in terms of framing, lighting, etc.) of the building where the institution is located, or an image representative of its activity or subject matter.
The configuration process of X accounts is even easier than Facebook social network. The Image 4 shows the location of the most important fields previously commented in the case of the account corresponding to the Faculty of Chemistry.

Finally, it should be remembered that the enforcement of the Article 30 of the “Regulations of the use of resources related with communication technologies” if the Universitat de València, it is mandatory to include on the page or profile of all social networks in which in the information has institutional presence related to the identification of the organ, section or unit, the purpose of its presence on social networks, the link of the institutional web and the web link of the description of the privacy policies.
