Donation details

Carme Alborch's donation is made up of around 2.300 books where feminist themes predominate. We also find a wide collection of art catalogues, as well as opera programmes and librettos. Many of the books that make up the donation are dedicated by personalities from the cultural or political spheres, both nationally and internationally. The work that Carme Alborch did in defence of women's rights is also reflected in the drawings, poems and writings that the authors did by hand on the first pages of the books in this donation.
