Users will be able to use the loan service on a regular basis, at the library counter, but also by making a reservation through the Trobes catalog.
PDI, PAS, postgraduate students, students with disabilities and students from Ontinyent campus can reserve borrowed and available copies and choose the library where to collect the copy.
The number of simultaneous reservations that a user can make is equal to the maximum number of copies that can be borrowed. An undergraduate student, for example, can reserve a maximum of 20 copies.
Request priority is given to requesters for new materials, that is, books not in the library's print collection. Once the requester has indicated their interest, they will have priority over any other user who requests the book through Trobes.
- To make a reservation it is necessary:
- Identify yourself in Trobes.
- Search for the work and select the title.
- Select the option book.
When the copy is available, the user receives an email to pick it up. The term to pick up a book before the reservation is automatically canceled is 3 days. Please, if you are not going to pick up the loans, contact the library.
If you cannot pick up the loans at the library, you can authorize someone else to do so by signing this document.
