Accedint a aquest tràmit poden sol·licitar un certificat de la participació en Projectes d'Investigació competitius (Ministeris, GVA…) fent distinció entre:
1° Membres Equip d'Investigació.
2° Membres Equip de Treball: en aquest cas és requisit imprescindible presentar la següent documentació:

a) Model signat per l'IP.
b) Sol·licitud del projecte on quede reflectit que està inclòs des de l'inici com a membre de l'equip de treball, o en el seu cas memòria inicial.
c) Memòria Intermèdia
d) Memòria Final.

Si el projecte està vigent, es certificarà fins a com màxim la data actual, conforme les dades proporcionades per l'IP.

^{La certificació de Projectes d'altres Universitats o Centres d'Investigació dels quals va sol·licitar en el seu moment autorització al Vicerectorat per a participar ha de ser sol·licitada a les esmentades entitats o als organismos finançadors.}

Accedint a aquest tràmit poden sol·licitar un certificat de la realització d'estades d'investigació amb finançament public. Per a això, s'hauran d'indicar, si és possible, les dates de realització i l'ajuda finançadora. Únicament es podran certificar les estades efectivament gestionades pel Servei de Gestió de la Investigació.

Accedint a aquest tràmit poden sol·licitar un certificat de gaudi de beques d'investigació. Per a això, s'hauran d'indicar, si és possible, les dates de gaudi i l'ajuda finançadora.

Sol·licitud de certificats per la participació en contractes i convenis a través de correu electrònic.

Accedint a aquest tràmit poden sol·licitar un certificat de la seua participació en els Grups d'Investigació de la Universitat de València.

Mitjançant aquest tràmit, el personal investigador responsable d'un projecte, contracte o conveni de recerca amb disponibilitat econòmica per a despeses de personal, podrà sol·licitar la publicació d'una convocatòria per a la contractació de personal investigador (PI) o personal de suport a la recerca (PSI), amb càrrec a aquest.

En accedir al tràmit, en la primera pestanya “Informació i contacte” disposa de la següent documentació:

• “Procediment per a la contractació temporal de personal”, on trobarà un resum del procediment complet
• Tota la documentació que el tribunal haurà d'enviar al Servei de Gestió de la Recerca una vegada estigui resolta la convocatòria, segons el perfil de la plaça.

En les pestanyes de “Tribunal titular” i “Tribunal suplent”, s'inclou informació per a definir la seva composició, en la qual s'ha de respectar la paritat (les persones de cada sexe no seran més del 60% ni menys del 40%).

Per a calcular el cost del contracte per al projecte, es poden consultar les taules salarials incloses al final d'aquest apartat. Les taules en format excel disposen de dues pestanyes: una per a contractes de durada determinada o temporals i una altra per a contractes indefinits. Actualment tots els contractes són indefinits, excepte aquells a càrrec de projectes finançats amb fons Next Generation, que són temporals.

Una vegada obtinguda la conformitat del Servei de Gestió de la Recerca a la sol·licitud, el Servei de Recursos Humans (PAS-Recerca) redactarà la convocatòria i gestionarà la seva publicació.

L'usuari pot accedir des del següent enllaç a la sol·licitud per a col·laborar en tasques docents. El màxim d'hores per any de contracte són 60 hores, amb un màxim de 180 hores al llarg de l'ajuda.

Per a la participació en projectes presentats per altres entitats, haurà d'emplenar i signar electrònicament la sol·licitud d'autorització i remetre-la mitjançant el correu electrònic al SGI. El document serà signat pel representant legal de la UV i li ho retornarem a la mateixa adreça electrònica que haja utilitzat per al seu enviament.

La gestió de projectes finançats amb fons del Mecanisme de Recuperació i Resiliència comporta obligacions específiques respecte de qüestions com la publicitat o la declaració d'absència de conflicte d'interessos (DACI). En efecte, amb caràcter complementari a la justificació ordinària, i amb la finalitat de complir amb les obligacions imposades per Europa respecte d'aquest últim punt, el Ministeri d'Hisenda ha desenvolupat dues aplicacions informàtiques en les quals cada institució beneficiària ha de registrar totes les despeses realitzades (aplicació CoFFEE) i sotmetre-les amb caràcter previ a una anàlisi d'absència de conflicte d'interessos (aplicació MINERVA). Per fer efectives aquestes obligacions, s'ha articulat un procediment a nivell intern que ens permet tindre accés als dades i documents precisos per al registre i anàlisi prèvia.

 Anirem actualitzant les instruccions, segons siguen modificades, estant vigent sempre l'última versió de les mateixes.

A conseqüència de la modificació de la Llei de la Ciència, els contractes predoctorals que es troben en vigor actualment, no finalitzen en defensar la tesi doctoral, sinó que continuen en un Període d'Orientació Postdoctoral (POP) per un període màxim de dotze mesos durant la vigència del contracte predoctoral.

Per a sol·licitar l'addenda del període POP a RH-PAS es requereix enviar a programapropi@uv.es:

- Sol·licitud POP, amb almenys tres mesos d'antelació.
- Certificat de lectura de tesi.
- Titulo obtenció del grau de doctor.
- Programa d'Activitats de docència i recerca.
- Certificat de col·laboració en tasques docents a sol·licitar en unitatoca@uv.es.

Com a beneficiaris d'una ajuda predoctoral Atracció del Talent de la Universitat de València, és obligació presentar al llarg del mes de novembre a l'adreça de correu electrònic programapropi@uv.es una memòria anual normalitzada juntament amb el certificat de matrícula en vigor.

Aquesta memòria reflectirà les tasques realitzades i a realitzar durant l'any següent de contracte amb l'informe i el vistiplau del/de la director/a del treball.

El certificat de matrícula en vigor ha de sol·licitar-se a través de la seu electrònica, seguint la ruta:
Estudiants > Certificats > Certificat Matrícula > Accedir al procediment > Usuari de la universitat i seleccionant el curs acadèmic corresponent.

Com a beneficiaris d'una ajuda predoctoral Atracció del Talent de la Universitat de València, a la terminació del seu contracte haurà de presentar a l'adreça de correu electrònic programapropi@uv.es, en el termini de quinze dies, un informe final sobre la totalitat del treball realitzat i els resultats reeixits, juntament amb un informe del/de la director/a del treball, segons el model disponible al lloc web del Servei de Recerca i Innovació.

The costs of UV own staff can be claimed in European projects by means of the calculation of the hourly rate or daily rate of such staff. These data are needed to calculate the budget or to justify the expenditure throughout the development of the project. To this end, we need to access UV Payroll Application in order to know the researcher’s salary and Social charges. Such an access is authorised by the researcher via this document, which must be filled in, signed and submitted to the International R&D and Innovation Section.

The purpose of this document is to store the project proposal in the Transfer and Innovation Service databases. This applies only to those calls for proposals not managed on the European Commission Funding & Tenders Portal.

With regard to European projects, two types of personnel costs can be claimed: On the one hand, the project hired staff (charged to the project specific ID code). On the other, UV own staff. The project IP must fill in and submit the application form below stating the project team members, with a view to ascertaining which members of UV own staff participate in the project. This form must be submitted at the start of the project and again every time the team composition changes.

Procedures: personnel costs claim; justification of expenses and audits (travel expenses claims, conference registration fees, etc.); certificates of participation for evaluation or accreditation procedures.

This document is a proposal for an introduction of the entity Universitat de València (UVEG in EU framework programme databases), which may serve as a basis to write UV description in European or International project proposals. This procedure allows to request a loan in cases where advance billing is not possible or when billing has already occurred but payment is still pending.

The Service will analyse the reasons for the request, the requested amount and the possibility of self-loan before authorising it.

This procedure allows the applicant, in certain situations and always on the basis of proper documentation, to request an advance on the credit line for which he/she/they are responsible, before the final decision is taken or the agreement is signed.

The Research and Transfer Service evaluates the reasons for the request and the amount requested and submits the request to management for approval.

Important: If the request is approved, the applicant must take the necessary steps to ensure that the final decision and the signing of the corresponding agreement take place as soon as possible. We remind the applicant that they will be incurring expenditure with anticipated UV funds.

This procedure allows for the request of revision and management of a Material Transfer Agreement. In the event of a contract for the reception of material (MTA-in) the applicant will need to annex the original contract through the “access the procedure” link and indicate in the “description” field the time period that the material will be used and the contact details of the entity that is requesting the material. Once the application has been received, the contract and signature management will be reviewed.

En "Accedir al tràmit" es mostraran les instruccions per a presentar una sol·licitud de creació de Spin off de la UV, que haurà d'estar promoguda per personal docent i investigador i/o personal investigador de la Universitat de València. Així mateix, la sol·licitud de Spin off haurà de basar la seua activitat en el desenvolupament i comercialització de resultats o coneixements adquirits a partir de la R+D+i duta a terme per l'equip promotor.

Juntament amb la sol·licitud es podrà adjuntar qualsevol altre document sobre la iniciativa Spin off que es considere rellevant, com per exemple el model de negoci o de pla de negoci si és que es disposa d'ells.

La Universitat de València, com a organisme públic d'investigació, conscient del seu deure i responsabilitat davant de la societat entén que ha de constituir una Comissió d'Ètica que de forma àgil i efectiva proporcione resposta a les necessitats actuals, així com a nous problemes que puguen sorgir en aquesta matèria.

Sobre la base d'allò que s'ha exposat, i tenint en compte la legislació vigent respecte d'això a Espanya i en la Unió Europea, així com les Declaracions Ètiques d'Hèlsinki i Tòquio, la Declaració Bioètica de Gijón de 24 de juny del 2000 i les recomanacions de l'Organització Mundial de la Salut, a proposta de la Comissió d'Investigació, el Consell de Govern, aprova la constitució de la Comissió d'Ètica de la Universitat de València i el present Reglament.

La Comissió podrà constituir Comitès, així com designar ponències o grups de treball i col·laboradors per a coadjuvar en la realització de tasques concretes relacionades amb les seues competències. Així mateix, podrà sol·licitar l'assessorament d'experts o entitats externes sobre aspectes concrets relacionats amb les seues competències. Tots ells hauran de respectar el principi de confidencialitat.
