The Vice-Principal for Culture and Equality, Antonio Ariño; the director of the Libraries Service, María Victoria García Esteve; and members of the Quality Committee of this service have attended this ceremony award.

This year 3,777 students have carried out the Opinion and Satisfaction Survey of Libraries and Documentation Service of the Universitat de València. It is a 18,4% more than the previous year. The institutions that have participated are the Faculty of Law (522 anwers), the Faculty of Teacher Training (460 answers), the Faculty of Economics (433), the Faculty of Language Studies, Translation and Communication (299); and the Faculty of Social Sciences (294 answers).

The student body answered to questions related to facilities, webpage, services, funds and assistance.

Furthermore, five pocket chargers have been raffled among the teaching staff who have answered the survey and other five among the personnel of the Libraries and Documentation Service.

Regarding the teaching staff, 699 have answered the surveys. This is a 42,3% more than the year before.  The teaching staff who have participated are those who work in the Faculty of Language Studies, Translation and Communication (85 answers); Faculty of Law (81), Faculty of Psychology (67), Faculty of Teacher Training (56), Faculty of Economics (50).

When it comes to the administrative personnel and the staff of Libraries and Documentation Service, there are 125 surveys answered. This represents a 12,6% more than the previous year. The answered surveys come from the Library of Social Science (30 answers); Library of Humanities (24); the central sections of SBD (15); the Library of Sciences (13); the Library of Health Sciences (10); the same figure of the Historical Library; and Historical Archive, Intermediate Archive, Depository Library and Historical Medical Library and the Library of Botanical Garden; 7 answers come from the Library of Psychology and Sport; and 6 from Library of Education.
