This congress, in which a large part of the European branches is participating, is focused on students and recent graduates who want to participate, learn and know other IEEE members from different parts of the world.

Within the framework of the event several papers and workshops will be held, focused on different technical disciplines, where they can acquire new knowledge, know companies from various sectors.

The subjects of the event are Machine learning, Semiconductor Design, Multi-cultural working environment, Management among others.

The opening ceremony will take place in the Jardí Botànic of the Universitat de València on Thursday 16 at 7.30 p.m. On Friday 17, all the activity is concentrated in the School of Engineering of the Universitat de València. Finally, the closing ceremony will be held in the assembly-room of the Cultural Centre “La Beneficència”, on 18 November at 10.00 a.m.

The talks on Friday are free admission, open to all ETSE-UV community.
