In the eight previous editions they have participated 182 teachers of the Universitat de València. Nowadays, they can also participate the research staff in training and the teaching staff of high school.

Motivem is an initiative of the UV and the University-Business Foundation (Adeit) which aims at promoting an enterprising attitude among the student body through the motivational action of the teaching staff in the lecture room.

The training of this 9th edition will be confirmed by the SFPIE, offering the teachers the opportunity to coordinate the students through the Motivem Ideas in teams, where the student body will be able to express their creativity, work in teams, negotiate, develop their ideas and communicate them.

As explained by the Vice-Principal for Academic Planning, Teaching Staff and Sustainability, Mª Vicenta Mestre, this initiative is a “strategic bet” by the UV for the employability of its graduates, inasmuch as “it contributes to the development of creativity, professional development and the motivation for entrepreneurship.”
