Professor José Pla Barber, from the Department of Business Administration ‘Juan José Renau Piqueras’ of the Universitat de València, has been chosen Fellow (honorary academic) of the European International Business Academy (EIBA).
This scientific association gathers more than a thousand researchers in the field of international business from all around the world. The selection committee has highlighted their scientific contributions in the field of the internationalisation of companies and, specially, their publications about international competitiveness in the traditional manufacturing sectors and the globalisation of Spanish companies in Latin America. Currently, lecturer Pla is the vice-president of Caixa Ontinyent and an associate researcher in the research institutes Polibienestar (Universitat de València) and John Dunning Center (University of Reading, O.K).
