The new Public Sector Contracts Law will be analysed today 23 April

Around 300 people of the Universitat de València are convened today Monday (23 April) a workday to analyse the new Public Sector Contracts Law (Law 9/2017, 8th November). The session, organised by the management of the University, will take place at the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry.
The entry into force of a different normative for the hiring in all public sector has raised questions about its implementation. The Monday meeting aims to report procedural changes that the new law establishes. Moreover, it will pretend to share views and opinions with the assistants and to adapt the internal rules of the institution to the legislative change.
The sitting will open at 9 a.m. Until 11a.m. normative and procedural aspects will be analyse. Administrative Hiring Service, Accounting and Budget Service and Internal Oversight Service.
From 11:30 there will be an open questions and answers period.
