These scholarships are included in the 1^st edition of the Santander Tecnología-Conecta programme, which offers a maximum of 1520 grants to university students of all over Spain. The scholarship is for the loan of a laptop for a period of 12 months and a financial contribution of 350€ to help with connectivity.

Beneficiaries must be students enrolled in official undergraduate degrees at the University of Valencia in the academic year 2020/2021 (and with plans to continue university studies in the academic year 2021/2022, in which the scholarship will become effective). They must also be beneficiaries of the Ministry of Educatio’ns general scholarships for university studies in the academic year 2020/2021.

With regard to academic requirements, undergraduate students must be enrolled in a minimum of 60 credits in the academic years 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 and have grade average mark in the academic year 2019/2020 equal or higher than:

• 6,00 for the branch of Architecture and Engineering
• 7,00 for the branches of Sciences and Health Sciences
• 7,50 for the branches of Social and Legal Sciences and Arts and Humanities

For first-enrolled students in the first year of a degree course, the university entrance admission mark will be taken into account.

Submission of applications

Applications must be submitted at the programme’s website and the deadline for applications is 24 May inclusive. The scholarship will be awarded in the 2021/2022 academic year, between 1 and 10 September. The university entrance admission mark will be taken into account in the selection criteria for first-year students and the average mark of the university record for the academic year 2019/2021 for students in the second and subsequent years.
