The agenda events will be created through the standard form available at the menu in the upper-right part of the agenda box. Once generated, the Web and Marketing Unit (UWM) will validate and send them to publish in the corresponding agendas.
The UWM will simultaneously share with the various centres any element susceptible of being featured in the agenda according to the criterion of each centre. That element will appear designated as “ESD+title” in the three language versions.
When the editor of the web of a centre decides that an event should figurate as a featured agenda event in their web portal, they have to indicate in the browser that they are going to search events, then identify which one is to be featured. The element to be featured will be dragged, only in its Valencian version, to the box “Elementos relacionados” of the agenda component, and the order that it must take in the publication will be assigned by percentage.
On the other hand, the general criterion of events publication has to be taken into account. For instance, events must be sent, at least, 48 hours before its starting time.
