The Universitat de València announces the fourth edition of the “Activa Fest” call for grants for the organisation of festivals

Presentation of the calls for ACTIVA grants of the Universitat de València.
The Universitat de València, through the Office of the Vice-Principal for Culture and Society, announces the fourth edition of the “Activa Fest” awards, a call for grants aimed at promoting activities that are part of festivals with cultural or artistic content organised by groups, associations, or individuals. The submission period will begin on 19 February and close on 8 March.
The financial amount is 15,000 euros. The monetary endowment for each selected activity will not exceed 3,000 euros per project.
The aim of this call is to promote the development of cultural and artistic activities based on creativity and critical reflection through art, and also to present university spaces as dynamic platforms open to their interests.
Festivals can be held in any space or location within the Valencian Community, but it is necessary that at least one of the activities planned must be held at the La Nau Cultural Centre or in another space of the Universitat de València. Selected activities would be conducted before 1 November 2024, in accordance with the social and health legislation currently in force.
