Archaeochemistry, How to make slime, How to clean water with MOFs, How to make artificial snow, Virus hunters and Future medications are the six scientific dissemination workshops that the University of Valencia contributes to the III VLC Startup Market, an event that this purpose week aims to connect the scientific and technological talent of Valencia with citizens.

Archaeochemistry is a workshop that will be developed by the researcher from the Department of Prehistory and Archaeology Gianni Gallello; while How to make slime, How to clean water with MOFs and How to make artificial snow will be carried out by the Institute of Molecular Science (ICMoL) of the University. Virus hunters de viruses is a workshop taught by Pilar Domingo-Calap, researcher at the Institute for Integrative Systems Biology (I2SysBio); and Future medications is directed by Lucía Hipólito, professor in the Department of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Technology and Parasitology.

The III edition of the VLC Startup Market will take place in the Valencia Town Hall Square on October, Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. It is a space to feel and touch Valencian technology and where the work of scientists and technologists will be valued to awaken STEM vocations in boys and girls. In the same way, in the different scenarios there will be round tables and presentations to enjoy. In addition, there will be an inclusive thematic space for children, so that families can enjoy the day.
