The Spanish University Karate Championships (CEU) 2023 were held on 15 April. The event, organised by the University of Zaragoza, took place in the University Sports Pavilion 'Rio Isuela', located in Huesca.

Insaf Bentama-Serroukh, from the University of Valencia, competed in kumite (-50 kg) and won the bronze medal. The same metal was won by UV student Sergio Renovell, who took third place in the +84 kg kumite category. Also fighting in kumite and achieving a good position were UV students Marta Ten, who was 5th in -61 kg, and María Hidalgo, who also achieved a fifth place in the -68 kg category.

The overall balance of the championship gave the University of Valencia the bronze medal and, therefore, its third metal in the tournament with the third position in the general classification by teams.
