• Sowing records of the Garden from 1927 to 1978.
• Catalogue of plants and seeds 1857-1869 and 1871-1875.
• The “Botanic School” plants catalogue (1888- ).
•  Account book of the Botanical Garden (1892-1914).
• Sowing records of the Garden 1889-1914.
• Catalogus Seminum 1919-1989.
• Index Seminum 1991-2007.
• A collection of posters of exhibitions held in the Botanical Gardens during the 1990s and subsequent years.
• Original plans of the Garden buildings (greenhouses).
• Plans of the Research Building (under execution).
• Technical reports and plans of the restoration and refurbishing project of the conservatory pavilion, greenhouses and auxiliary buildings (1998).
• José Pardo Sastrón’s personal archives: a collection of scientific manuscripts about botanical and pharmaceutical issues, in addition to some personal correspondence of this distinguished botanist.
• Ignacio Docavo Albertí’s personal collection comprises nineteen folders. It is an inventory that includes from his appointment as a Technical Director of the Botanical Garden on 19 July 1962 to a summary of his activity in the Botanical Garden of Valencia, together with other personal documents and records that account for most of his professional activities until 1987.
