Following the EFQM model, we define stakeholders as ‘a person, group or entity that has a direct or indirect interest in the organisation, its activities and performance, because they can affect the organisation or be affected by it’.

Therefore, identifying these stakeholders, analysing them and understanding them thoroughly is the fundamental basis for the work to be well targeted, useful and effective in terms of results. To this end, we establish communication channels that allow us to identify and meet their needs and expectations, both present and future, through an effective strategy.
