Library closed on 3, 5, 6, 8 and 10 December

The Pérez Bayer research room of the Historical Library will be closed on 3, 5, 6, 8 and 10 , on the occasion of long weekend of December. 

 The Duc de Calàbria exhibition hall will keep its usual opening hours:

     Tuesday to Saturday: from 10:00 to 14:00 h. and from 16:00 to 20:00 h.
     August, Sundays and public holidays: from 10:00 to 14.00 h.

Library closed on 29 and 31 October and 1 November

The Pérez Bayer research room of the Historical Library will be closed on 29 and 31 October and 1 November on the occasion of All Saints' Day. 

The Duc de Calàbria exhibition hall will keep its usual opening hours:

     Tuesday to Saturday: from 10:00 to 14:00 h. and from 16:00 to 20:00 h.
     August, Sundays and public holidays: from 10:00 to 14.00 h.

Visits to the exhibition "Not so Invisible", guided by curators and librarians

The Historical Library offers visits to the exhibition Not so invisible. Women in Valencian printing. Sixteenth to twenty-first centuries, guided by curators and librarians.

The visits will take place on working Tuesdays, from October to December, in the mornings and afternoons:

•    OCTOBER:
     - 18: 11:00 h.
     - 25: 17:00 h.
•    NOVEMBER:
     - 8: 11:00 h.
     - 15: 17:00 h.
     - 22: 11:00 h.
     - 29: 17:00 h.
•    DECEMBER:
      - 13: 11:00 h.
      - 20: 17:00 h.
      - 27: 11:00 h.

Valencian Book Day 2022. Llegim rondalles!

On the occasion of Valencian Book Day 2022, the Historical Library is organising a continuous reading of the work Rondalles valencianes by Enric Valor, on Wednesday 16 November from 10:00. The initiative aims to promote knowledge of the Valencian language and culture, to raise awareness of Valencian authors and works and to bring the bibliographic heritage closer to society.
