The Historical Heritage Group of the Autonomic Police Unit attached to the Comunitat Valenciana has recovered twenty books that were stolen from the Biblioteca Històrica of the Universitat de València. The group was informed, by those responsible for the Library, about the disappearance of these copies, some of them of great historical and patrimonial value, among which is a copy of the playwright and writer Manuel Lassala.
The recovered books, published between 1784 and 1945, have already been delivered to the director of the Servei de Biblioteques i Documentació de la Universitat de València for their reincorporation into the collection.
