Cubbá is a new system of training in groups that is exclusive of Apta Vital Sport that is triumphing in all the sports centers. In one class you can burn from 600 to 800 calories.

The coach prepares different mini choreographies using different old and modern musical styles (Dance, Soka, Merengue, Salsa, Mambo, reggaeton, Cumbia, Spanish, Electronic, Urban Dances, etc.). You are going to dance a lot, but you are also going to tone up all your body muscles.

The fun fact of this discipline is that music is varied and students dance with neither previous technical requirements nor great effort of memorization. This allows the dancer to be oneself, have fun and forget his troubles.
