The Universitat will compete next Thursday against the Polytechnic in a new season of the Regional University Sports Championship’s league
The teams of the Universitat de València are getting ready for a one of the most interesting seasons in the university Valencian league. The meeting between Universitat de València and Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) will take place on Thursday 27th November.
At the facilities of the UPV the season will start with the match of women’s basketball, which will take place at the pavilion of the UPV at 12:30pm. Then, at 13:00, the men’s football teams will compete at the 5-side football parallel field. The men’s basketball teams will also compete in the pavilion at 14:30 and the women’s 5-side football at 15:00. The men’s football team of the Universitat will play at 15:30 at the artificial turf field of the UPV.
There, the season will start at 13:00 in the pavilion of the Blasco Ibáñez Campus by the women’s handball team and next the men’s team at 15:00. Meanwhile, at 14:00, the men’s rugby match will be played in the 5 stretch of Turia River. Almost simultaneously, at 13:30, the volleyball teams will compete for their third consecutive victory at south room of 5 Lecture Room Building, the boys will do at 13:30 and then the girls will do, who will close the season at 15:30.
The entry to all matches is free and, without doubt, is one of the most interesting seasons of this league where will participate six Valencian cities. As in previous sport university events, the Physical Education and Sports Service will offer live coverage and tracking of the teams on its social nets, where will offer the most recent information to all supporters about the matches’ results.
