The Physical Education and Sports Service of the Universitat de València is in luck since it has reached the 1000 likes on Facebook and is really close from reaching that same quantity of followers on Twitter (973).
The social profiles of the Service spreads the news that the Physical Education and Sports Service of the Universitat de València generates and offer live coverage of the different events and activities that are developed on the Service. Social networks are updated everyday with the latest news published on www.uv.es/sef and with the last-minute of the games of the university teams in the CADU, national and international competitions, as well as of any other sports event organised by this entity.
From all the hashtags used by the Service for the spreading of news, it stands out the great reception that #uv_cadu and @#uv_ceu had, which allow for following live the results of the university sports regional and national competitions instantly, and which, since the Communication Area of the Physical Education and Sports Service started its journey on social networks, have been the most followed.
For the director of the Physical Education and Sports Service, José Campos, “the first target we have marked on social networks was to inform our news and the reception that we got from the university community could not be better. This kind of communication allows us for interacting in a more active way with all of them, knowing their opinions directly and, as a consequence, improving our services and the quality of our actions. We are very grateful for the reception and continuity these initiatives had and we want to thank all the followers for their commitment with the Physical Education and Sports Service.”
With the objective of thanking the different collectives for the support and following in their social profiles, the Physical Education and Sports Service has organised a competition open to all their followers until 30 April. If you want to participate you just have to enter the Facebook profile of the Service, click ‘Like’ on the image of celebration of the event, where the bases of the competition are indicated, and share it with your friends. The participants can get a free semester on the activity they chose in case they win and also a sports pack of the Universitat de València.
